ThisSideUp Software Inc. is a website design and development company based in Calgary, Canada. It was founded in February 2009.

We place emphasis on simplicity; that is, simplifying the process for small business owners who are unsure of what it takes to get a website developed and online.

Our Parters

We offer domain name registration and website hosting through third parties. We create the accounts on your behalf, ensuring that you own your own domain name and have access to your own website.

Meet the Developer

ThisSideUp Software was founded by Ben in order to provide an affordable website design and development alternative for small business owners.

His skills include: implementing standards based XHTML and CSS; optimized JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL programming; integrating content management systems (CMS); search engine optimization (SEO) techniques; scalable vector (SVG) and rastor graphics design and manipulation.

He strives to ensure that his clients are involved with the design and development process and that they are completely satisfied with the final product.

Previous to this, Ben spent over 10 years working in the telecommunications industry as a software developer, working on highly complex systems.

Ben has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and graduated with distinction. He is a member of APEGGA and is an accredited professional engineer (P.Eng).
